Coronavirus Update - 23rd March 2020

In light of the uncertainty and the ever changing landscape of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we wanted to reassure all customers that we are doing everything we can to fulfil the demand for orders for as long as possible.

To be able to do this safely and to continue to follow Government guidelines on social distancing we are asking our customers to do the following:

1. Placing Orders - could all orders be placed online where possible or by calling the office on 01782 271200. 

2. Collections - could you please confirm when you are collecting and the time of collection (you can put this in the note section for online orders). Please note that your order will then be placed outside our collection area for you to collect. Invoices will now be emailed to avoid paperwork during collection. If there are any issues with your collection please call us before leaving the premise on 01782 271200, as we can not be held responsible for items that are missing once your have left the site.

3. Deliveries - we will do our best to get orders delivered to you as soon as possible but this will be dependent on our haulage companies who currently are working as normal. Due to the amount of orders we are receiving this may cause a slight delay to orders being sent out but we will advise on despatch. 

Our reception will stay closed until advice changes from the Government.
