METHOD: Throwing

"Ceramics made by a combination of throwing, altering and assembling. The clay I used is a mixture of 1 part Valentine's Standard Red Terracotta to 3 parts L/F White Earthernware, which is bisque fired to 1085°C.

Vessels are glazed in a lead borosilicate tin glaze and decorated inglaze with oxidised stains fired within the range 1060°C to 1120°C according to effects desired."
